Print and display pass inside vehicle face up on dash and visible from outside. Remove and discard any old passes. Parking lot Owner/Operator does not guard or assure care, custody or control of your vehicle or contents and is not responsible for fire, theft, damages or loss. We do not take custody of your vehicle but only rent space. This is your only contract. Failure to properly follow these directions may result in additional charges and subject vehicle to immobilization and tow at vehicle owners sole risk and expense.
